Duncan is a strategy and corporate development professional holding various leadership roles in the technology industry. He was introduced to H4tO in 2019 by former chair, Jerry Edmondson. Duncan met Jerry whilst on assignment in Houston, TX at a time when Duncan felt increasingly called to serve and pour into his home country of Zimbabwe. This materialized into an opportunity to serve on the H4tO board; an opportunity which Duncan gratefully accepted.

Duncan is husband to Catherine and dad to three children and a dog and currently lives outside of London. His free time is in the early hours of the morning when everyone else is asleep! He has used this time to establish the UK arm of the free men’s wellness group, F3, which stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. F3 is all about men (voluntarily) picking up fellow men and helping to put them in motion to be better for their families, workplaces, and communities.

Duncan holds degrees in biology and geography from the University of Exeter, UK, and an MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) in the UK.
