Hope4theOrphan (H4tO)/Themba

Cornelious is the director for Themba in Zimbabwe. A teacher by profession, he taught for ten years before coming to work with orphans at H4tO. Cornelious is married to Nomathemba, a high school teacher by profession, but currently is at home as a housewife. 

The two were blessed with two boys, Thabo doing grade 10 and Themba doing grade 9 at a boarding school.

In 2014, Cornelious obtained an award for “Peace Building” from the Institute of Peace in Zambia. In 2015, he obtained his BA in “Community Development” from the University of South Africa. In the same year, he received a certificate for “Integrity and Anti-corruption” from the Hague Institute in Netherlands. 

In addition to being the Director at Themba, Cornelious and Nomathemba are pastoring a local church in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Cornelious loves teaching and is passionate about issues of Development. His understanding is that development only begins when one has established a relationship with God.
